Cultural - Increase the attractiveness of downtown as a lively, vibrant destination for residents, visitors and workers by promoting development and expansion of downtown recreational, entertainment and cultural attractions.

Image - Enhance the image of downtown as a clean, safe, attractive destination.

  • Maintain downtown public amenities
  • Manage maintenance of the pedestrian areas


Infrastructure - Support development and expansion of infrastructure improvements, especially parking, that enhance the accessibility into and within downtown, and improve the development potential of under-utilized sites.

  • Represent downtown in working with the Downtown Redevelopment Plan
  • Encourage growth of existing businesses within the district
  • Actively pursue development of additional downtown parking
