Vision


The Centre City Complex at 9th and Kansas Avenue is a mixed-use structure providing parking, office and retail space. The building is the result of a partnership between the City of Topeka and a Topeka based management company.
To encourage the growth of business, governmental services and cultural entertainment in the heart of Topeka.

Mission

· Create attractive physical and economic conditions in downtown Topeka;

· Deliver a program of services to DTI members so downtown Topeka continues to be the premiere business location in the Topeka metropolitan area;

· Achieve excellence in the quality of life downtown as a center of government, commerce, cultural, historic and recreational activities in the Capital City;

· Advertise downtown as a place to live, work, dine, shop and play;

· Generate Downtown Topeka, Inc. membership and its rewards;

· Further expand the positive aspects of downtown to Topeka and surrounding cities
