Residential Property in Downtown

Our Vision

The plan includes relocation of utilities, updates to physical amenities, public parking, and pedestrian enhancements to encourage visitors to stop and stroll.  Downtown Topeka offers something for everyone and is, now more than ever, open for business.  New investments and the emergence of the “creative economy” are driving Downtown Topeka toward a highly exciting and prosperous future.
